This time, we’re doing something a little different, a hands on hack night where you’ll get stuck into a world of AI-powered workflows, web scraping and automation, and building context-rich AI agents.

Note: You can use SpotHero for finding parking, or there is parking on the side of roads downtown, adhering to City of Austin policy and payment rules.

This isn’t your typical meetup, you’ll be building and exploring in real-time:

• Ingesting live data using automated scrapers through Apify
• Connecting it to Elasticsearch
• Building and interacting with AI-powered agents using Elastic MCP + Claude

Whether you’re deep into agents or just getting started, there’s something here for everyone.

Setup
The full setup instructions for the hack night will be available prior to the event and shared with attendees.

• Elastic Workflows
• Elastic Agent Builder
• Apify: Free account with monthly platform credits, no credit card required

📅Agenda

• 5:30pm – 6:00pm — Eat and grab a drink, get on wifi, scan the QR code for the repo, and sign up for your Elastic Serverless trial + Apify account.
• 6:00pm – 6:20pm — Challenge and tools demo
• 6:20pm – 8:30pm — Hacking time! Organizers will be walking around if you need any help.
• 8:30pm – 9:00pm — 5-minute lightning demos, prizes, and judging!
