Speaker:
Jamie Nelson is Senior Manager of People Programs for EPAM Systems. She is trained to look at situations and make strategic decisions that support real goals. She has worked in both for-profit and non-profit organizations, developing well-rounded skills through her experiences. From leading a squadron of 270 enlisted to running large fundraisers, she has utilized her communication skills to foster relationships at all levels of an organization. She currently leads the Human Resource department for a rapidly growing company. When she’s not elevating others, she’s using her math and puzzle skills to knit and sew clothing, even creating part of her work wardrobe. While she’s always on the lookout for a great dessert place, she’s also a whiz at baking her own.
“Take culture and teamwork from being an afterthought to being a proactive concept.” -Jamie Nelson
