Description

This nine-point map of personality is more than an Instagram meme!

About this Event

Ever wonder why you repeat the same unhelpful behaviors? Or why one team member asks so many questions, frustrating the one who wants to race ahead? The Enneagram, a nine-point map of personality, helps you and your team learn self-awareness, the basis for leadership no matter where you are on the organizational chart.

Knowing your Enneagram style helps you see blind spots and unconscious patterns, while fostering empathy and understanding for successful relationships. It also helps teammates to not take each others’ reactions so personally.

Each of the nine Enneagram types has an underlying motivation that drives behavior. When we’re aware of our lens on the world, we can step outside our type and see how our worldview is vastly different from our colleagues and be more tolerant and compassionate.

In this webinar you will learn:

  • What the Enneagram is and isn’t (way more than an Insta meme!)
  • How your attention gets hijacked by Enneagram type
  • The different leadership styles and how to learn yours
  • How knowing your type can help you not take things so personally.
  • Why the Enneagram is great for building team connection and understanding

Why this facilitator?

Meg Dennison supports entrepreneurs, team leaders and small companies to grow their self-awareness and leadership through the Enneagram and Conscious Leadership.Meg’s a certified Enneagram practitioner, teaching the Enneagram to teams to help them better understand each other and their leadership styles. In Meg’s world, leaders are defined by taking radical responsibility, starting with their own self-awareness. She invites them into a vision of trust, resilience and ease for creative thinking and collaboration. Then she teaches them every day Conscious Leadership practices — like knowing the moment they get defensive — to bring the vision alive.

Meg is an experienced virtual facilitator whose well-structured gatherings leave participants informed and energized. She’s also coaches for Fourthwave, an accelerator for female-led tech companies, as well as working with senior leaders at companies like Asana, Hallmark and Poo Pouri.
