Calling all trailblazing folks in the DevOps world to join us virtually and in person (New York City) for an electrifying week packed with education, boundless creativity, and unstoppable collaboration. It's your chance to connect with like-minded individuals from around the globe, dive into cutting-edge technologies, and leave your mark on the industry. Sign up today for an exhilarating opportunity to empower, inspire, and revolutionize together!

Welcome to the Women in DevOps Hackathon.

Welcome to a Hackathon devoted to Observability Pipelines and all that can be done with them!

Over the course of a week, we’ll give you the tools to explore all the possibilities of using pipelines, coupled with some examples to get your creativity if you haven’t used one before. All experience levels are welcome! Then we’ll end the week with an in-person event where the finalists will discuss their approach and our judges will declare a winner! Prizes will be awarded!

There is one twist to this hackathon, however. Observability pipelines are often fairly simple in their design: grab telemetry, process data, and send downstream. Instead, the winners of this hackathon will be the ones who build the most overly complicated and convoluted pipelines. Get creative with it! And if you’re a finalist, be ready to discuss just how necessary all those extra steps are to the judges!

Speaking of judges, our panel of experts will include:

  • Can Ban - Head of Engineering @ Edge Delta
  • Gozde Ozcel - Senior Software Engineer @ Edge Delta
  • David Wynn - Principal Solution Architect @ Edge Delta
  • Julissa Mackey - DevOps Team Lead @ CleanChoice Energy
