About this event

What is WITS Bootcamp?

Founded in 2018, the Women in Tech Sales (WITS) Bootcamp is an industry-vetted, intensive learning program for women who are looking to pursue a career in tech sales or pivot into tech sales. Students learn the B2B SaaS sales playbook and the art and science of tech sales. Once they graduate they're sales-ready to jump into a career in tech sales.

We will be hosting 6 Bootcamps in Canada and 2 Bootcamps in the US in 2022.

2022 Canadian Bootcamp dates are as follows:

  • February 14th-18th
  • April 4th-8th
  • May 2nd - 6th
  • June 6th-10th
  • September 19th-23rd
  • October 24th-28th

US Bootcamp dates are as follows:

  • March 14th-18th
  • November 8th-12th

What will the Bootcampers learn?

  • How to build a value proposition
  • Customer discovery
  • Preparing and executing sales calls
  • Presentation skills - including how to sell virtually
  • Lead generation and management
  • Handling objections

How to negotiate & close deals Who are the Bootcampers?

Each cohort consists of up to 20 women from a range of professional, educational and personal backgrounds. Participants are vetted and carefully selected into the program based on the following:

Drive to pursue or advance a career in sales Past sales or sales-related experience Good communication skills Aptitude for technology and adapting to new situations
