Position Summary

This individual will spearhead the design, development, and implementation of automated workflows to optimize healthcare operations, focusing on data movement and integration between cloud-hosted third-party systems and our Azure data warehouse to help increase ROI and improve operational efficiency through automation and actional insights from our data analytics.

 

Responsibilities

Position Responsibilities

  • Lead conversations with business stakeholders to understand process requirements, identify opportunities for automation, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Proactively engage with stakeholders to identify opportunities to, develop, and implement data-driven business optimizations (e.g., automated tasks and workflows, triggered alerts, error-checking)
  • Serve as a bridge between business analysts and technical teams, utilizing your expertise to analyze and streamline existing processes while identifying areas for improvement.
  • Lead the architecture and process design efforts, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability of automated solutions.
  • Maintain documentation for automated processes, including technical specifications, user guides, and training materials.
  • Serve as primary “go-to” expert on Array’s Automation process & integration architecture.
  • Continue with fully cloud-based, SaaS model strategy.
  • Utilize Azure Data Factory to orchestrate data pipelines, ensuring seamless and efficient data flow between disparate systems.
  • Leverage Python scripting to enhance automation capabilities and develop custom solutions where necessary.
  • Implement automation solutions using tools such as MuleSoft and Power Automate, integrating with existing systems to automate routine tasks and reduce manual effort.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in business process automation, evaluating their potential to enhance operational efficiency and drive business value.
  • Design/Architect/Implement/Deploy new scalable and fault-tolerant enterprise solutions for data platforms, integration, and analytics.
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4 to 10 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience with:
    • Azure Data Factory, with a strong understanding of data integration and ETL processes
    • Azure Logic Apps
    • Automation tools (e.g., MuleSoft / Power Automate) with a track record of implementing automated solutions in a cloud environment
    • Setting up API connections and calls with various SaaS systems
    • Microsoft Suite Tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook)
    • A flexible Agile Framework; scrum master experience preferred
    • Healthcare data or clinical administrative data, preferred
  • Proficiency with:
    • Python scripting for automation tasks and data manipulation.
  • Expertise with:
    • Architecture and process design, with a focus on scalability and efficiency.
  • Ability to quickly master new data solutions & platforms.
  • Excellent organization, time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills over the phone, in person, and via video conference.
  • Strong ability to “Manage Up” - proactively provide updates to necessary stakeholders.
  • Ability to assess needs related to the job function and create new processes, documents, structures, and systems accordingly.
  • Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and diverse groups.
  • Independent self-starter with an ambitious intellectual curiosity.

  • FLSA Status: exempt, salary
  • The pay range for this role is $110,000 to $140,000 per year. This information reflects the anticipated salary for this position using current national data. The final offer will be determined based on an individual’s skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
