Location: We are a remote first company. This role can be based in most US states. Pacific Time Zone is strongly preferred.

The Opportunity 

As Salesforce Administrator, you’ll play a vital role at Mosaic. We are looking for a proactive and passionate individual who can help us continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform. Our Salesforce user experience is of great importance to us, therefore the Salesforce Administrator should enjoy all aspects of user management including support tickets, training, and working directly with users. Our Salesforce team is exceptionally strong, passionate about Salesforce best practices, and has many years of Salesforce experience. We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and a strong desire to keep learning. 

Your day-to-day

  • Oversee administrative functions within a Salesforce org of 300+ users, troubleshoot problems, and implement suitable solutions in a timely manner.
  • Accountable for all aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation and maintenance of the Salesforce security model including roles, profiles, sharing rules, public groups, permission sets, and field-level security with a least privilege access mindset.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to end users, including the creation, delivery and demoing of new features, dashboards, reports, and documentation.
  • Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings
  • Manage, prioritize, and escalate incoming Salesforce requests via Cases and Slack and work closely with the Salesforce Product Owner, Solution Architect, Technical Architect, Business Analyst, and end users to clarify and get them completed.
  • Ensure that data in the system is clean and up-to-date and leveraging the Salesforce Data Loader as needed.
  • Track work in Jira using Agile/Scrum methodologies for larger strategic initiatives.

Skills

  • Possess excellent communication skills and a proven track record of working in a collaborative team environment and managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail, ensuring tasks are completed thoroughly and accurately.
  • Be comfortable liaising with users and enjoy learning new business processes in order to offer best practice advice and recommendations often extending beyond Salesforce to topics around overall systems architecture and CRM strategy.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capability with the ability to critically evaluate and prioritize information gathered from multiple sources and reconcile conflicts.
  • Have a passion for learning and staying up to date with new technology, inspiring others within the organization to do the same.

What you bring to the team

  • 3+ years of Salesforce experience and Salesforce Service Cloud experience required. Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and Experience Cloud experience preferred.
  • Salesforce Admin Certification a must. Service Cloud Consultant, Platform App Builder, Business Analyst, Advanced Admin, and/or Trailhead Superbadge credentials a plus. Wanting to get more Salesforce certifications and working towards that is a bigger plus.
  • Highly active with Salesforce Trailheads, constantly learning new things. A fun night or weekend is getting Trailhead badges.
  • Be a self-learner who leads by example and challenges the status quo.
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, processes, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity preferred.
  • A proactive attitude toward platform enhancements.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of business process flows in Sales, Marketing, Business Operations, Revenue Management, etc.

Compensation: The base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $120,000. The position is eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan. In addition, we’re proud to offer a range of competitive benefits.
