Overview

**This position is Remote with occasional on-site requirements. Candidates must reside in CA.**

 

Purpose Statement/Position Summary: The department is responsible for enterprise-level patient experience data collection, analysis, reporting, and improvement. The Patient Experience Analyst Sr. works closely with internal and external parties to coordinate and facilitate high visibility processes and projects with a focus on enhancing the perception of an exceptional patient and family experience. Specific strategic focus is on patient perception scores, metrics, data analysis, and program development as it relates to the strategic service plan for the organization. Collaborates with staff and project teams house-wide to ensure that all service and patient experience initiatives are progressing and on target. Provides monthly analytical and trending reports to track facility performance. Develops plans to educate and report on prospective C-HCAHPS as it emerges in the pediatric setting. Develops strategic business plans, patient perception dashboards, consistent reporting to ensure transparency around targets relating to patient perception and patient experience data and metrics.


Minimum Qualifications/Work Experience: 3+ years’ experience in an acute care hospital. Data analytics and quality improvement experience required. Experience with HCAHPS, patient experience data, dashboards, and databases. Proficient with databases. Excellent communication skills, strong collaborator, organized, familiar with patient experience data platforms, skilled with MS Office Suite and data presentation platforms.


Education/Licensure/Certification: Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field. Masters in health administration or equivalent preferred.


Pay Scale Information


$84,656.00-$152,506.00

The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this specific job description. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
