The candidate for this position will possess skills and acumen in the following areas:
- Full-stack development using technologies including Javascript, Typescript, React, NoSQL and Java.
- Proficiency and familiarity with AWS technologies and solutions, such as Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, Cloudformation, etc; also core AWS concepts such as IAM permissions and security group rules.
- Proficient in database design, implementation, and management including NoSql (Dynamo) and Relational Databases.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and optimize existing systems.
- Experience with front-end development and development technologies, including React, Typescript, and Angular.
- Strong understanding with version control systems, such as Git.
- Experience working with product teams consuming requirements and turning them into actionable work items for a scrum team
- Experience working directly with stakeholders communicating updates and impediments
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Continuous learning and adaptation to emerging technologies in the field.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, employees, vendors, and the public.
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Industry experience may be substituted..
- Relevant certifications in full-stack development or specific technologies.
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED

- 8+ years of industry knowledge.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful candidate for this position will be responsible for and perform the following, as appropriate:
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain web applications and services, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
- Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Implement security and data protection measures in all aspects of development.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to recommend appropriate technologies and tools.
- Work with the team to identify and address technical debt and improve overall system architecture.
- Provide occasional remote support, if required, and coordinate with team members effectively.
- Always presents a professional image.
- Agile and responsive to Company and Client telephone and email contacts.
