Honor exists to expand the world’s capacity to care.

We’re combining high tech with high-touch to deliver better home care for aging adults, better jobs for Care Professionals, and entirely new offerings to support the aging journey, at scale.

Founded in 2014, and now a Series E funded “Unicorn” valued at over $1B, Honor leads the world’s largest home care network with the most advanced care platform. Our August 2021 acquisition of Home Instead has created a global company that’s revolutionizing how society cares for older adults, their families, and Care Professionals.

The Honor Care Platform combines local care and the most advanced technology to bring the highest quality care to more aging adults.

Grow at Honor as part of a united team where everyone shows up authentically, shares ideas bravely, and solves complex problems!

About the Work:

We’re looking for a Director of Product Management to join Honor’s care platform transformation team. Your work will enable us to scale and ship more and better products that directly impact the lives of people receiving care, their families, and all those involved in delivering care. You will need to think big and develop long-term strategies for product investment while not being afraid to get into the details of data and execution related to any given new feature. We value people who are enthusiastic about our mission, go the extra mile to support their colleagues, and think creatively to drive results in a diverse team setting. The product team is small, lean, and fast so if you thrive on making your mark as we grow, Honor could be the place for you.

  • Own the product strategy & roadmap for one or more of our focus areas, setting and delivering against metrics & KPIs aligned with company goals
  • Deeply understand the needs of our customers and our business goals, and identify opportunities for Product to invest strategically to unlock future growth
  • Build deep relationships with stakeholders beyond the Product team to develop cross-functional solutions to critical company challenges
  • Deliver multiple simultaneous projects (some IC work) in conjunction with team leadership and strategic initiatives
  • Collaborate with engineering & design leaders to create Product team processes that will equip us to continue to deliver at high velocity as we scale the team
  • Hire & develop talent within the PM team

About you

  • Technical degree (engineering, economics, etc) or experience in a technical organization
  • 7+ years experience in product management, with 1+ years experience leading a team of PMs
  • High level of empathy & EQ
  • Experience at a fast-growing small company (<200)
  • Bonus: Experience rolling out large-scale operational & process changes in conjunction with product releases
  • Bonus: Experience in a commercial or healthcare environment

Our range reflects the hiring range for this position. We use national average to determine pay as we are a remote first company. Individual pay is based on a number of factors including qualifications, skills, experience, education, and training.

We provide medical, dental and vision coverage including zero cost plans for employees.
