Product Manager (B2B)

Paces is growing rapidly and looking for exceptional people to join who want to have a massive positive climate impact while building a great culture! We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Product team, reporting directly to the Product Lead.
What You’ll Achieve

Deeply understand our customers and their needs, both qualitatively and quantitatively

Own the end to end development of new product features, from user research to testing and rollout

Collaborate with engineering, design, solutions engineering, and marketing, driving toward the best holistic experience for our customers

Set the roadmap and define product strategy

Become a domain expert in environmental risk, permitting, interconnection, and other aspects of sustainable infrastructure development

Build out metrics product dashboard and strategy

Requirements
-
4+ years of experience in product, software engineering, or project management preferably in B2B SaaS in a startup or fast-paced environment

Excellent writing and communication skills, with previous experience running cross-functional meetings, writing customer-facing content, and presenting to stakeholders

Experience collaborating closely with both technical and growth teams

Understanding or familiarity with product prioritization processes, sprint cycles, and scoping engineering work

Proven ability to adapt quickly, self-manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
