Position Summary Working in collaboration with the Institutional Research and Data Services team, supports AACN's institutional data systems and databases, and other AACN research and data surveys and initiatives.

Position Requirements |
Requirements Baccalaureate degree in research or data analysis is required.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role. Work experience in healthcare or education preferred.
Must be highly organized, detail oriented, flexible and collaborative, and have good interpersonal skills. Excellent ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
Significant experience with management of large databases; knowledge of SPSS, Access, R, R Shiny, and Tableau (or other BI tool), and Qualtrics preferred. Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Familiarity with standard office equipment and practices including use of computers, email etiquette, phones, photocopiers, filing and organizing.
Compensation Range $60,000 - $78,000
