Job Description

This is a remote position.

 

Position Responsibilities

 

  • Collaborate closely with the Project Management (PM) team to deliver high-quality Enlitic products and solutions on time.
  • Deploy, install, configure and upgrade Enlitic's suite of products and solutions for clients based on project Statements of Work (SOW).
  • Perform advanced configurations based on customer workflow needs.
  • Serve as the technical resource for all implementation projects.
  • Provide technical consultation to customers regarding Enlitic products.
  • Participate in Testing processes throughout the platform.
  • Integrate Enlitic solutions with third-party healthcare IT systems, including PACS, EMR, RIS, dictation, advanced visualization, VNA, etc.
  • Maintain and update Technical Information records for all customers in CRM.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Development teams as needed.
  • Support customers across various time zones.
  • Provide tier 3 support to the service and support organization.
  • Participate in on-call support.
  • Verify and validate installation and integration manuals for accuracy.
  • Perform other duties as requested by the Implementation Support Manager.

 

Requirements

Location

  • Fort Collins, Northern Colorado Area or Remote

Education

  •  Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, or an Associate’s degree with significant on-the-job IT experience in a hospital, software deployment, cardiology, or radiology setting.

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience with Linux fundamentals, including proficiency with various distributions (e.g., Ubuntu, CentOS, Red Hat, Debian) and understanding of the file system hierarchy and command-line interface.
  • 5+ years experience with Docker container & swarm builds, Keycloak, LDAP and DCM4Chee configuration.
  • 5+ years of experience with cloud deployments such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or private cloud.
  • Excellent understanding of DICOM and HL7 data flows and configuration options.
  • Advanced skills in systems design, architecture, PACS integration, configuration, administration, and troubleshooting.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Healthcare Information Technology.
  • Experience with Healthcare Information Technologies such as PACS, Clinical Information Systems, Cardiology, Radiology, Enterprise Imaging, AI, and related services including workflow.
  • Working knowledge of business continuity and disaster recovery implementation, including multi-data center deployment models and support.

Skills

 

  • Proficient in troubleshooting skills, including:

○      Problem diagnosis: Quick identification and resolution of service outages, performance bottlenecks, configuration and other system issues.

○      Log analysis: Skilled in analyzing various log files to troubleshoot problems and identify root causes.

○      Resource management: Ability to manage system resources effectively, including memory, CPU, and disk space, to ensure high availability and performance.

  • Proficient knowledge in storage infrastructure design, deployment, and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with ability to identify and resolve challenges during the build process.
  • Strong understanding of overall network design and security.
  • Skilled in XML, WADO, QIDO, STOW standards and protocols.
  • Good working knowledge of Zoho CRM, Desk, Projects and JIRA.
  • Strong time management, task-tracking, prioritization and organizational skills to handle a high project load.
  • Superior critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and etiquette.
  • Experience working with large and complex customer/vendor teams on complex projects.

 

ISO/QMS Requirements

Understand and practice all requirements of

○        EN ISO 13485:2016

○        ISO 13485:2016 MDSAP (including 21 CFR 820)

○        QMS Manual

○        Process Flows

○        Work Instructions

○        Experience with EN ISO 62304:2006 is a plus

  • Comply with applicable regulatory requirements (including but not limited to MDSAP participating countries and CE Marking).
  • Support Internal and External audits.
