About the Opportunity

The Product Team at B Lab drives innovation and digital transformation to meet user needs while supporting organizational growth. By advancing technologies and optimizing operations, the team enables B Lab to deliver impactful solutions across all departments. Responsible for developing new products, defining strategy, building roadmaps, and shaping B Lab’s technology ecosystem, the team uses insights from users, technology, and business goals to prioritize what gets built, communicate updates, and measure success. Working closely with the Engineering Team in a cross-functional, agile environment, the Product Team operates across multiple squads focused on key areas: the B Impact App (Assessment and Identity/Intake), Salesforce, Data, and exploratory product development. Through agile methodologies and iterative development, the teams remain responsive to feedback and adaptable to changing needs.

The Product Owner for Salesforce plays a critical role in optimizing the Salesforce ecosystem within one of B Lab’s agile squads, focused on managing the pipeline for B Lab’s products and sales across the global network. This role ensures that Salesforce aligns with organizational goals, enhances the efficiency of sales processes, and delivers a seamless experience for users. For B Lab to manage our sales and opportunity pipelines, the Product Owner works closely with other teams to ensure data integrity across all squads, especially in relation to the integration of Salesforce with Tableau, a key Business Intelligence tool.
