How will this role have an impact?

Reporting to the Production Technology Support Manager, the Production Support Analyst is responsible for responding to questions, diagnosing application-related incidents, supporting various operational pilots and analyzing results. This role supports various internal applications and software used within Signify Health, ensuring operational excellence and a seamless user experience.

The ideal candidate will also collaborate on planning efforts for future system and process enhancements, contributing to product reliability and the optimization of operational systems that drive business growth.

This role works closely with multiple departments, including Member Outreach, Technology, and Product, on both individual assignments and team activities. Success in this position requires a high level of adaptability and strong collaboration skills.

What will you do?

  • Diagnose and resolve all but the most complex application-related issues using your knowledge and experience, documenting issues and resolutions in the appropriate systems.
  • Manage various operational pilots and analyze results to better achieve business goals.
  • Provide comprehensive operations support, identifying recurring issues and recommending solution options to support teams.
  • Achieve business objectives by identifying and resolving first-level inquiries, information requests, and processing problems.
  • Collaborate with teams to share ideas and suggestions that improve the quality of our solutions and services. Analysts may also interpret and analyze data to provide actionable insights.
  • Coordinate across multiple functional areas of the organization—including Production, Member Engagement, Technology, Network Services, Client Success, and Clinical Services—to achieve time-sensitive goals.
  • Manage multiple support requests simultaneously through chat and email, prioritizing tasks to ensure critical business processes remain uninterrupted.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline preferred but not needed.
  • Proficient experience working with Excel
  • Experience working within the Five9 Dialing application
  • Troubleshooting skills with the ability to support and troubleshoot elevated queries independently
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office application. (Word, Excel, etc.)


The base salary hiring range for this position is $46,988 to $67,830. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and benefits.
