What You'll Do
Open Path is an innovative data platform to support homeless services. An open-source, HUD-compliant Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) with extraordinary data integration and analysis facilities, Open Path supports alternative, integrated service delivery and coordination models. Green River works with direct service providers, CoC lead agencies, municipalities, county government, and state agencies on projects that range from basic HMIS installations to broad multi-sector data-sharing initiatives.
Our Partner Success Team Lead will ensure our customers and partners can best use Open Path to meet their needs.
Specific responsibilities include:

Lead a growing team that is focused on building successful partnerships with customers.

Gain insight into our customers' specific challenges to inform future product design.

Manage day-to-day customer relationships, including onboarding, installation, training, adoption, retention, and satisfaction.

Establish and maintain data-driven customer support and success metrics.

Manage support-related communications; track issues, resolutions, and follow-up.

Establish a feedback-driven knowledge base and develop and maintain customer success strategies and best practices.

Oversee creation and management of product documentation, training, and related materials.

Develop a deep understanding of the product and assist in product feature design, testing, and implementation.

Conduct demonstrations of functionality, and help expand our user base.

Properly align contracted services with customer needs.
We're Looking For
-
Familiarity with HMIS (HUD requirements and practical implementation) is required
-
HMIS administration experience is preferred

Proactive problem-solving approach
