Job Description:
Core Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of a large and complex compliance data platform project
- Manage client relationships and expectations with multiple external stakeholders
- Design and scope a three-phase implementation plan
- Prioritize and manage development work
- Coordinate between engineering team, compliance experts, and client stakeholders
- Design and implement pre-launch testing and post-launch feedback
- Ensure timely delivery of data outputs and reports according to regulatory deadlines
- Track project milestones, risks, and dependencies across all phases; communicate internally about progress and blockers
Required Skills:
- Strong project management experience with technical/data projects
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience managing client relationships and expectations
- Ability to understand and translate compliance requirements into project deliverables
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Nice to Have:
- Experience in political compliance or regulatory reporting
- Familiarity with data engineering concepts and terminology
- Experience with agile project management methodologies
- Background working with progressive political organizations
