Project Manager (Remote) Save

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Remote Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate excels at managing cross-functional teams, meeting deadlines, staying within budget, and ensuring that project goals align with business objectives—all while working remotely and maintaining strong communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, initiate, and manage projects across multiple departments or clients

• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution

• Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and adjust plans as needed

• Communicate clearly with stakeholders, clients, and team members

• Use project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira, Monday.com, MS Project) to track tasks, milestones, and deliverables

• Lead regular project meetings and provide status updates and reports

• Manage budgets and ensure projects are delivered within scope and on time

• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement

• Ensure all team members understand their responsibilities and remain productive

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in a remote or hybrid environment

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.)

• Proficiency with project management tools and platforms

• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills

• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities

• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP, CAPM, or other project management certification

• Experience managing remote or distributed teams

• Familiarity with tools like Slack, Zoom, Notion, Google Workspace, or Microsoft 365

• Industry-specific experience (e.g., SaaS, marketing, healthcare, finance, e-commerce)

• Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting
