People in crisis shouldn’t have to navigate fragmented systems to find help. EnableYou is a nonprofit building Casey, an AI assistant that connects underserved communities with mental health support, legal aid, employment services, and more, in plain, compassionate language. We need developers who want their code to matter.
The Role
Join a small, collaborative engineering team and work across Casey’s full stack: from multi-agent AI orchestration to mobile and web client experiences. You’ll have real responsibility, direct mentorship from experienced engineers, and the freedom to shape how the product evolves.
What You’ll Work On
- Build backend services that power Casey’s core
- Improve Casey’s AI agents so conversations feel natural and helpful
- Develop mobile and web experiences that work for diverse user populations
- Collaborate on architecture decisions, code reviews, and infrastructure
You Might Be a Great Fit If…
You don’t need to check every box. If several of these describe you and the mission excites you, we’d love to hear from you.
- 2–5 years building software, with depth in C# / .NET
- Experience with cloud services (ideally Azure) and distributed systems
- Frontend or mobile development experience (Blazor, MAUI, or comparable)
- Clear communicator who collaborates well in a small team
- Motivated by work that serves communities facing real challenges
