Systems and Data Integrity Specialist Save

The Jack Kent Cooke Foundation seeks a thoughtful, detail-oriented Systems and Data Integrity Specialist to strengthen the systems, data, and workflows that help advance our mission of expanding educational opportunity for high-achieving students with financial need. In this hybrid technical and operational role, you will help ensure that our Salesforce environment is reliable, user-friendly, and aligned with the needs of staff across the organization. Your work will support better decision-making, stronger data quality, and more efficient processes for teams serving scholars and advancing the Foundation’s mission.

This position offers an opportunity to play a meaningful role in shaping how the Foundation uses systems and data to improve internal operations, support cross-functional collaboration, and strengthen service to students and alumni. The Specialist will serve as an internal Salesforce resource and collaborative problem-solver, working closely with colleagues across programs, data, IT, and operations. Key responsibilities include administering and optimizing Salesforce, improving workflows and automations, supporting data integrity practices, developing reports and dashboards, documenting processes, and translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

The ideal candidate is analytical, service-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a collaborative environment. We are especially interested in candidates with significant Salesforce administration experience and a background or interest in nonprofit, philanthropic, higher education, student success, or other mission-driven work.
