Yes! As of January 1st, 2023, Tech Jobs for Good requires that all jobs include a good-faith salary range to be included on the site. This means that salary ranges with an unreasonable minimum salary (ex. $1 - $120,000) and excessively wide salary ranges (ex. $50,000 - $250,000) will not be seen as acceptable salary ranges.
We believe that sharing a salary ranges on job postings helps save job seekers time, improves pay equity for women and for people of color, increases employee performance and engagement, and reduces employee turnover.
